The Direct Support Professional (DSP) functions as an advocate, supporter, educator, and caregiver to individuals with disabilities. They assist individuals develop basic living and social skills to gain optimal independence and integration into the community. Most importantly, the goal is to provide services to enrich the lives of our residents to live happy, healthy, and fulfilling lives.

• 18 years or older

Description:

Assembles product with hand tools, helps setup on table, and separates material at workstation.

***This position requires the ability to be exposed to facilities that are not heated or cooled; various outdoor elements; and extreme Heat and Cold during the Winter and Summer months. This includes exposure to uneven walking surfaces and stairs.

Responsibilities:

• Places proper material into setup according to specifications on cut sheet
• Uses roller gantry equipment to place and press plates on appropriate lumber by job
• Follows production list by priority as given to complete set shift goals
• Ensures the entire order is built as specified by documentation, with no missing parts
• Verifies receipt of correct materials from the saw shop for each job/batch
• Complies with all safety rules in/outside of the shop area and yard, including wearing proper PPE
• Utilizes the rules of operation for all machines to and processes to enforce and verify quality of the roof and floor trusses.
• Responsible for following maintenance and machine cleanup procedures on a daily, or more frequent/needed basis in work area, without exception
• Complies with all company policies and procedures and maintains a positive company image
• Table assembly of wood roof and floor trusses

Description:

1st Shift- 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday-Friday
2nd Shift- 4:00 pm to 3:00 am Monday –Friday

Utilize assembly prints and work instructions in order to perform basic assembly of sub-assemblies, system products, and bonnets. Training sheets are to be signed off as areas of responsibility are completed.

Responsibilities:

• Basic Assembly: Bag and serializes product Performs assembly of sub-assemblies, kits and basic product. Assembles fittings, gauges, and systems. Utilizes work instructions, assembly prints, tools and fixturing to engineering specification.
• Productivity and Efficiency: Seeks and recommends ways to eliminate potential quality problems, to improve processes and increase department/division productivity.
• Communicates and keeps production schedule updated. Inspection-Inspects product to meet quality standards.
• Apparent or Assigned: Performs related work as apparent or assigned by Supervisor.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Ability to work with small parts
• Physical ability to lift, carry or maneuver up to 60 pounds.
• Physical ability to stand all day
• Ability to torque up to 150 pounds
• Ability to read and understand written work instructions.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate (verbal/written) effectively with customers, suppliers, and employees.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a cooperative and team-oriented environment
• Ability to read blueprints is an added benefit.
• Pass Background check and Drug screen required.

Description:

The Panel builder position will be laying out components to be built per customer specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Layout components on metal panels per layout sheets
• Mark component locations
• Drill, tap and mount components to metal panels
• Interconnect components using provided wiring diagrams
• Check panels for wiring errors and mount into metal or fiber enclosures for further testing
• Prepare panels for shipping

Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED required
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
